New Grace Period For All Prepaid Product
Dear IndosatM2 Broadband Internet Customer,
Thank you for your loyalty and having IM2 Broadband Internet as your preference in accessing the Internet. We are truly appreciating your confidence in using IM2 service.
We hereby would like to inform you that commencing August 1st, 2009, we are implementing new grace period for several IM2 prepaid product, with detail as below :
Package Service Feature Previous Grace Period New Grace Period
Broom Unlimited 180 days 90 days
Broom XTRA Unlimited 180 days 90 days
The above grace period will be applied for Prepaid Customers that registered either before August 1st 2009, or after the date. To avoid an unwanted situation such as closed account by system, we highly recommend you to reload before grace period ends.
